I wanted to write a review because of how well this place has dealt with the C19 issue. They were very responsive to the issues and adjusted as most places did, but they did it an extreme sense of compassion and care for the families. It was a difficult situation for everyone, but we are extremely happy with how everything was handled.

My in laws have been here for a number of years, and last year my mother moved to a similar community not far from BayWoods. I am leaving this review because I had no idea how great BayWoods was until I had something to compare it to. The place my mother stays (which I shall not name) is equivalent to a 2 star hotel compared to what BayWoods offers. The staff, the food, the community, absolutely everything is ten times better. I know that some places were better then others, but I had no idea there could be such a big differences. If you can afford a place like BayWoods, it's a no brainer!

I used to love this place until the good staff left. No teamwork, lack of communication and overworked staff. I had to leave, I was no longer happy there.

My mother in law has been at BayWoods for quite a while. And with the recent health concerns, I was very worried about her safety. However, the team at BayWoods has been fantastic thru this entire situation. They are extremely health conscience and are keeping everyone safe during these uncertain times. I could be happier!
