We have lived in a house managed by Crescent for about 4 years. They have always been very responsive. Our old water heater gave out and they have a replacement done in less thqn 24 hrs.
I’m leaving another review as they obviously didn’t read the understanding from my review. I could easily go further with legal action from the way I was treated by your so called office secretary Katy Hubener but fortunately I found a better real estate group to work with. I played phone tag with this company to ask questions. And it’s doesn’t matter if I was denied or not it’s how you speak to people point blank. I will continue to spread this review until you as a whole company have better understanding on speaking to any future client. Be blessed
