My sister and I looked for apartments on 2 separate occasions with a different realty co. with no luck. Naturally we had our guard up but Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, listened to all of our wants and needs and had a lot of knowledge on the areas we looked at. I felt comfortable with setting realistic expectations with him and never felt pressured to step outside of them. Not only was it great working with Andrew but Foundation real estate seems to build strong relationships with their landlords. Without that trust I don’t know if we would be in the apartment we are in today! I didn’t want to start this review with a downer because that would defeat the purpose but it’s worth noting, apartment hunting as people of color is a difficult process to go through. I think it helped that Andrew was young and open-minded.
