I've had my panels for almost 4 years now and I am totally fed up at this point. It initially took 9 months for me to actually get my solar panels. Multiple times they wanted to actually increase the price of the original estimate after the contract was signed. The panels went up and then sat on my roof unusable for months while they tried and failed multiple times to get the county's inspection completed. Since then, every time I've had issues with the panels, it has taken multiple weeks to actually get in touch with someone to get my issue resolved. When contacting them, the only number that works is the sales number. All other departments go to a number that no one picks up or responds to. I wish i went with another company.
Jonathan Ngo provided excellent customer service on our solar project. He answered all our questions and followed up with us to track the status of our project and negotiation and planning with PEPCO. Great service. The price quoted was the price we ended up with. The installation was on time and there were no issues or no damage that we are are aware of.
I just got my panels installed - the installation team led by Kumar did an excellent job. The sales manager, Jonathan Ngo explained everything I needed to know (investment tax credit, benefits of ownership, price breakdown). Thanks to the Green Brilliance team for their excellent service!
