Professional and caring the whole staff is. The ladies in the office are very nice always try to get an appt right away. The assistants are nice also. They want to make sure you are comfortable when receiving treatments. Dr. Ravella is very caring toward his patients making sure he helps with a plan to get the pain under control and educates about what is going on with you. I appreciate how the doctors and staff work together very lighthearted and friendly. It makes for a comfortable place to be when you're in pain.
The Receptionist Lesi was very rude on the phone making the appointment & was very rude at the arrival totally wasted my time.didnt want to help me just really cared for the insurance & what is was worth told me.that I had to pay when I knew Dam well I didnt my insurance covers everything & I have a $15 co pay So am also putting this all over social Media dont come here very short snarky N rude Gunhoe attitude N very rude. Iam calling my insurance company letting them.know to not refer anyone to these Ambulance chasin Mother Fu..er's.
Professional, clean and always caring about their patients! Having had issues for the better part of my life, they can always put me back together again with no pressure for a million appointments.
Everyone here is very professional and inviting. I have been seeking treatment for about a month and a half now noticing a difference little by little in a positive direction. I look forward to continuing treatments and working with the Chiropractor and his staff.
