It appears they do good work but, if you are not a regular client you do not get the same courtesy and professional service. For example, I am looking for a new auto shop on my side of town. They kept my car for 3 days without calling me. I had to contact them each day to find out what was going on. They told me they were running behind but, you could not give me a courtesy call. The day I went to pick up my car one of the front desk people told me that they have regular customers cars to repair. So, I said, how are you going to get new customers treating people like this? While I had to wait for my car, I heard them calling THEIR customers and giving them updates. I was disappointed. They gave me a discount so they said and some rewards points but, I am very hesitant about taking any if my vehicles back up there. I thought they were going to be great after reading all the positive reviews...they must be REGULAR customers.
First time customer at the Hull St location. Customer service was great. I went in for state inspection, passed inspection. Of course was given a (short) list of suggested items to replace/repair. I was already aware of the issues, so I applaud this shop for their honesty. I had them replace a belt, took them no time at all I was in and out.
Been going here for 3 years for inspection. Just did my brakes and rotors today. Very fast and honest. Blessings to you and your team.
The Staff is So Awesome!! Everyone is extremely friendly & helpful. I would recommend them to everyone! I will definitely be one of their customers! Love the Service!! They are very knowledgeable of Your car needs!!
Be careful because if do you need State inspection they will told you that your car needs a lot of reparations in their shop :( they wanted my car in their shop all long weekend because they "still needed finish the inspection that they started but looks like the car needs repairs". I said no and I went to another shop the very next day and you know what? My car passed the inspection, was in perfect condition. Please check the other reviews. Is not just me.
