We were very pleased with their cleaning up our car. Besides the fact they're extremely polite.
Hand wash is $18, when arrived the guy started with 65 and went down to 45. When I told him it’s 18 and that’s what I was told by the girl at the front he said “nehhh this is weekend and this is nice car, I give you good deal $30”. All hand washes all around are 20-25 without having to bargain with anyone and don’t need to deal and wheel. Spoke to same lady and her manager who concurred that it’s 18. Went across the street where you don’t need to bargain. Manager said “oh well, that’s how it is”. No that’s how it is where you try to gouge!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!
Terrible! Picked up my car, and it was still dirty, inside and out. The excuse: it was very dirty. Really? Now I have to wait another 30 mins to have it redone. This is the second time this has happened. They got a second chance—they will not get a third.
I came here to bring my brand new car for a hand wash and the pushy seller/manager insisted in me buying the detailing service from them, even though i tried refusing many times, I stupidly agreed without doing my homework and at the end of the day I was left with a NIGHTMARE!! If only I came here to see the negative experiences from their previous customers... :/ An hour later I come back to pick up my car as planned and at first it looks ok since they use a temporary cover up to hide the imperfections of their unskilled and unprofessional underpaid staff. The following day I notice these reflections coming from the deep swirl marks on my car that they have produced using who knows what. I went back there to tell them the lousy job and they pretended that it looked normal to them. I was very frustrated with their worst customer service in the industry, they even refused to give my refund and I had to open a dispute. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS!! They will try to scam you by any means. I had take my car to a real body detail shop after that ended up costing me couple hundred dollars for them to repair. This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE that I have ever encountered. I would rate this place a "0" star if i could.
They were very quick and finished both leather conditioning interior and hand waxing the exterior within 50 mins. That being said, they missed a few spots, left the conditioner all over every surface. Finally, the rear window was hazy, they forgot to wipe off excess material. In general, you get what you pay for. It was cheap considering the work, but it was sloppy. I won't be going back any time soon.
