Very well organized store. Although they gave me a price over phone ,and a higher price when I purchased. Still was less than competitors.
I went to a repair event at the pool place today to get my pool vacuum fixed and the employee doing the repair broke off a piece that wasn't broken and I saw when it happened . When I brought it to the attention of the manager he said since he didn't see it happen he wasn't liable and wanted to charge me extra. Be careful because my vacuum was a simple fix and now I have to replace a whole piece that is more expensive and this is probably the way they scam their customers. Very bad customer service.
Honest Place! Highly recommended! They gave me an excellent recommendation for a contractor to repair my pool! The work was high quality and the contractor was very efficient and competitively priced.
Customer Service can’t be beat. Knowledgeable, friendly, always willing to help. They have been my pool store for twenty years. Great folks.
