Lived at the Rubicon on Kirkwood. Location was fantastic but the property manager and company were absolutely terrible. They are very unresponsive at times and will almost never work with you to come to a solution to an issue. They will instead prefer to act extremely corporate and follow whatever rules they are given blindly. Rubicon will have absolutely no problem nickle and diming you throughout your lease and during your move out inspection as well. The one positive apart from location was the maintenance workers were extremely friendly and helpful however once again the upper management were terrible. Would not recommend.
We had a fire in our home in August. Our insurance company found this townhouse that is managed by Rubicon Construction. The townhouse is very nice, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, and a ton of storage. However, I would never rent from this company no matter what type of homes/apartments that they offer. Andrea Reeves, the property manager is rude, unhelpful, and extremely difficult to work with. Every time we have had to talk to her in any capacity she has acted like we are wasting her time and that she does not need to help us in anyway. I cannot imagine having to deal with her for a "real" issue that you have with your rental. She is the "face" of this company in terms of rentals and she shows a very ugly side. Rubicon needs to rethink who they have in their office in terms of rental agreements.
If there was only a way to give zero stars. Feel free to reach out to hear more. They are awful people. The upper management Made us buy Girl Scout cookies for her daughter. It was madddd uncomfy. They forged recipients during move out so they can receive more from out security deposit. Wow. Do not live here. They are awful. Awful. People.
