I called for an appointment. I had to call 7 times just to get someone on the phone. They would pick up and say “hold” or “ please hold” and would never pick up. And when I finally reached someone, they were extremely rude. The guy on the phone had an attitude and sounded like he did not want to do his job. It’s unfortunate because the doctor is highly recommended.
