I was very impressed with the courteous staff and friendly atmosphere in general. The young lady who cleaned my teeth was gentle but thorough and answered any questions I had. Dr. Craig spent time explaining some things that I need to have done at some point and even had a possible explanation as to why I grind my teeth at night. Great to know someone looks beyond just doing the "job" of cleaning. Dental work isn't always pleasant, but this office takes the time to make sure everything is as comfortable for the patient as possible. I highly recommend Summerbrook Dental Group!!
For a first time visit i was extremely impressed! I felt comfortable and treated extremely well. Having anxiety and fear about having my teeth looked at or worked on is hard. But the more I got to talk with the team and have them walk me through everything offering me anything they could that could help keep me calm was great. Really happy to be working with them on my dental health. Might get my husband to get his teeth done too.
Dr. Craig loves me...not sure if it’s my charm or personality OR because I’m a hockey player from Canada! Dr. Craig has done it all...root canals, emergency flippers (came in during the holidays), crowns and implants. I think he loves when I walk through that door
Excellent staff, very friendly and efficient. Dr. Craig is a very skilled dentist who really cares for his patients. He always makes a personal phone call to a patient after a major procedure to insure they are healing well. I've never found this level of care anywhere else!
I like this crew, my dentist Craig has always been very helpful, along with all the staff. I have a crown that they put it last visit and it was a risky one (as all are so I'm told), however it turned out wonderful, and I'm excited for my second one to be taken care of with them. Anita did my cleaning today and did a wonderful job! I feel refreshed and well informed about my teeth care and finance options. Keep those teefies clean!
