Love pizza Bella. I work overnights at Albany med and these guys and gals are life savers at night when I need my dinner. The pizza is awesome, especially the crust and the wings are great too. Always shows up hot and fast. Highly recommend.
Salty, but otherwise absolutely delicious. My favorite GF pizza and they have two different sizes of GF pizzas to chose from which I have not seen offered before. Update: 3/3/21, I moved and haven’t been in a several months. Swung by today to get my regular and apparently they have changed their crust. Is now a thin crust like most other places and not good. I will reduce my stars from 5 to a 3. Sadly I wouldn’t bother going back.
We travel to Albany monthly and we go out of our way to stop here every trip. We have been patrons here for many, many years and they ALWAYS have the best service, clean surroundings and everything is always wonderfully prepared and delicious.
Very good pizza. Lots of great specialty flavor options, if you like that sort of thing.
Terrible service! I placed a order at 8:51 with a female over the phone for delivery . I called back at 10:02 the same lady on the phone asked me for my phone number & told me my order was on the way! I call back at 10:40 the same lady says let me see what’s going on with your order , a rude man comes on the line asks for my phone number and address and proceeds to tell me my order was never submitted!! He then rudely says you’re not the only order from that address we don’t look orders up by phone number. Which is untrue me and my employees are always asked our phone number before receiving food delivery or pick up! I’m very upset how they treated me and I’m a consistent customer of theirs, very unacceptable & unprofessional!!!
