I am seriously so grateful to have stumbled across these guys about a year and a half ago now. We have an older conversion van (1995) that we purchased to make our camping and festival van. Because of this, it is imperative for us that she is in the best running condition so we obviously don't get stranded. We can honestly say that, thanks to All Around, we have been to three festivals, did a 4 day OR road trip and probably 6 different camping trips all over OR with zero vehicle issues (knock on wood)! All Around has always performed a full vehicle check (when we request), written down whatever they feel should and/or must get fixed, explain it all and even provide which repairs need sooner than later and which were safety/mechanically priority to help out our budget and be able to fit all repairs in while keeping safety as the top priority. We couldn't ask for more when it comes to support and service. In addition, All Around is also the best in my opinion for their ability to explain the situation in non-technical terms so you can understand what you need repaired, as well as for their thoroughness. As an example we initially took our van to a previous mechanic that was very reputable (and a lot more $$$ might I add) and All Around discovered that the other mechanic had installed one of our rear brakes incorrectly! That was frustrating b/c we just dropped a lot of $$$ to get the entire rear brakes repaired/upgraded by this other mechanic. The best part was that All Around documented everything and told me if I wanted to go talk to the previous mechanic and let them know what was discovered, that they would be more than happy to discuss it with them in more detail if they wanted. Now that is just amazing in my opinion! That is tip top customer service and something I feel is very hard to come by now-a-days. All Around Automotive is a unicorn in the world of mechanics in my opinion because of their level of honesty, very competitive pricing, level of competence and their ability to not make you feel like an idiot when explaining what you need. As a customer we are not mechanics and I feel here they not only know and understand that but take it into consideration with their approach with explaining your vehicle repair so you can actually understand and be confident that not only is the repair needed but that it will also get done right the first time! Very quick and helpful! They also have amazing rates and don't try to haggle you. They even put my foot brake pedal pad back on for me (I had recently knocked it off) without me even having to ask. So thoughtful! Very impressed. Thanks again!

When I came to this shop, I thought they were amazing. Super nice and informative, and they even reduced the labor costs to keep it affordable. I came in twice - once because my car wouldn't run a drive cycle. They managed to diagnose the issue - it was related to the tank pressure sensor. The repair cost me $730. I was able to pass DEQ, but shortly after the check engine light came on. My dash had an alert that read "check emission system". Life happened and I couldn't bring it back in right away, but it was driving normally. When I brought it back in and they said it was because the fuel tank cap was "put on wrong" and now parts of the solenoid needed to be replaced. I don't know if this is proper terminology, I'm just approximating from the invoices. That cost me another $450. I thought it curious that the repair was in the same area as the previous one, considering the light came on so quickly after the first repair. Well, my check engine light never did go out. It was driving fine and I needed my car - I couldn't afford to have it sit at a shop for another few weeks. Fast forward a few months and I was finally able to take it in. This time, I went to another shop and you know what they told me? They had to gut all the work All Around did because they used parts that weren't compatible with my car!! They had spliced them together so they functioned but they still were setting off codes. And the icing on the cake is that their janky warranty system is such garbage I'll probably never be able to get my money back.
