This shop is the best!!!! I don't think i have ever been to a better car repair shop then this. Customer care is top notch. Dave knows his stuff about cars and explains things so well and is very thorough. No hidden costs and will tell you the exact price up front. He did a great job diagnosing a P0420 code I was getting which was a bad catalytic converter. During the repair he found the exhaust manifold cracked which I why the cat went out. He kept me updated along with fast ordering of the part and also kept the old parts to show me which not too many shops do. Dave even volunteered to take my car through emissions testing so I didn’t have to worry about that but I did myself and passed first time. How many shops stand by their work and do this for you… This one does. They have earned my trust and the five star rating and every five start rating in the past and future reviews. This shop was awesome and has taken care of us! We are so appreciative for their professionalism, expertise, and genuineness. We were in a really tight spot and had just moved to the area and had no idea who to trust with our car. Luckily this shop was recommended to us by a friend and we are so grateful that we listened. Jade was so friendly and welcoming when we called and David was such an honest, straight-shooter! You could tell he knew what he was talking about and was willing to hep guide us through the repair (motor mounds). Their professionalism hasn’t stopped there, they even allowed us to call them when we had a bad battery to ask more questions to help us solve our problem. These people really take care of their own. So happy we have a trustworthy mechanic shop that has our back. We will be going back for maintenance with them from here on out. they’re our people now! We highly recommend them! Improper Diagnosis on our truck led to another mechanic bill. Best part is the warranty company won't pay out because of this shops negligence. Oh even better is they "double checked" their work and confirmed they did it right. lol... WRONG! Same lifter failed... due to them not catching the pin that holds it in place. Oh WAIT even better.. When they "double checked" they sent our truck to another "mechanic friend" who then let our truck sit for 2 weeks. (never touched it) So we were forced to take it to new new mechanic. hence the new- non-warranty- covered mechanic bill over $3500!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!
This is a family owned business and I was very happy to support them. They took care of the issue in a very timely manner. Emissions were due the next week and I was able to get it done in time. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
These two Dave's, father and son are an excellent team. Incredibly knowledgeable and decent people. These guys will speak with you in a down to earth personable fashion and take care of your automotive needs. An excellent place for automotive service.
